UGCS Utilities
We've written several different commands to help you use UGCS more efficiently. Here is a list of them and some documentation.
Cluster status
- ruptime/rwho- see the status of the cluster
- ruptime-shell, ruptime-mortal, ruptime-core: See uptimes of a given class of machines
Parallel Computing
- mssh- run a command on several computers at once
Webhosting commands
- create-vhost- Creates a virtual host (See also UGCS virtual hosting)
- setup-mediawiki Installs a mediawiki to a given directory. See Mediawiki on UGCS for more information.
- update-mediawiki Updates the given mediawiki.
Mail configuration
- mailman - Create and update mailing lists. See mailing lists for more information.
- mail_forward - Create and update mail forwarding addresses. See email forwarding for more information.
- mail_alias - Create and update mail aliases. See email aliases for more information.
